Spokane River… :: John D. Moore

I was amazed when I visited John D. Moore’s website, linked from his RiverSpeak profile (which y’all are welcome to do). Here was the beauty of our beloved city captured in a rainbow of colors, and all at night. It gave me the feeling I was on one of my rambles downtown, only the colors were more vivid, and the views more spectacular.

Being partial to anything that sings the natural wonders of Spokane, I was hooked, and spent nearly an hour perusing Moore’s extensive portfolio. While many photographers are eager for good day lighting, Moore takes very little light and expands it into a rainbow.

If I was a Spokane business or venue, I’d be hiring Mr. Moore for shots of how cool my business looks in the local twilight. Browse www.spokanenightscenes.com–it’s well worth the time.

    The first photo is really amazing. At first glance, I thought it was some sort of digital painting because the colors were so vivid. In other news, that’s the best photo of Trash Goat ever taken!
